Boon Geuze at The Happy Gnome

I stopped over at The Happy Gnome on Friday, with my friends Martha and Tom, and I was surprised to see Boon Geuze on the tap list. The bar manager said he had the only 4 thirty-liter kegs in the Midwest, but was unsure he could move it. It was the best gueuze I’ve had, to date. I’ve been continually impressed with the rare finds on draft at The Gnome.
If you are a gueuze fan, or are interested in trying one for your first time, it is a very reasonably-priced opportunity to sample a beer usually found in 750mL bottles, at select craft beer stores.
