However, the Schlafly and the Pumking are very similar, ringing in at 8% and 9% respectively. Considering they are higher gravity than most other examples of the style, these are two of the three "imperial" pumpkin ales I've ever seen. The other is Shipyard Brewing Company's Pugsley's Signature Smashed Pumpkin. I'll have to hang on to that bomber.
